**Role Summary: Stock Controller Assistant**

Summary of Responsibilities

**Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Recording of GRN and GRV’s in Syspro
- Facilitating stock adjustments with the warehouse and recording in Syspro
- Accurate inputting of stock
- Accurate inputting of GRVs
- Accuracy in adjustments
- Pro-active approach
- Facilitating internal purchase orders from warehouse to system
- Coordinating the promotional stock room
- Participate in health and safety of the warehouse
- Recording of Area stock counts and Active participation in inventory audits
- Know how to handle stock takes
- Can work under pressure
- Must have strong excel skills
- Must have a know how of financial workings
- Traceability experience is a must
- Facilitating internal purchase orders from warehouse to system
- Coordinating the promotional stock room
- Participate in health and safety of the warehouse
- Recording of Area stock counts

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 3- 5 Years in same or similar role
- Syspro Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Matric
- Diploma advantageous
