Change Management Specialist and Clarizen Support

The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in driving the objectives of the IM Change Management Community of Practice, as well as ensuring that all Clarizen support tickets are addressed, Clarizen users are informed of any system changes or enhancements, as well as onboard new Clarizen users timeously.

**Qualifications**:

- Change Management - Prosci practitioner certification
- Project Management - optional
- Demonstrated commitment to develop own capabilities and competencies
- 4-5 years experience as a change manager
- Experience in change management in the Mining sector advantageous
- Experience in conceptualising and developing of various communication material advantageous
- Exposure to Operating Models and Risk Models advantageous

**Knowledge of**:

- Current Mining industry best practice.
- Project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince II would be advantageous to map change management initiatives accordingly.
- Relevant management and business change techniques such as business process modelling and re-engineering, training techniques.
- Change Management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a must.
- Prosci Certified.
- Clarizen (Project and Portfolio Management Tool).
- Basic understanding of Sharepoint (to maintain lists)
- Maintaining a MS Teams channel with multiple streams (assigning permissions, uploading documents, making posts)
- Coordinate and facilitate alignment sessions by developing the presentation, keeping the action tracker up to date and capturing meeting minutes.
- Develop a monthly Global IM PMO Monthly Report.
- Maintain Global IM PMO Info Hub by managing permissions, adding new users, uploading material, posting broadcast messages.
- Be the single point of contact for Planview Clarizens CSM meetings (Customer Success Manager).
- Responsible to coordinate requirements gathering, testing and deployment of any Clarizen enhancements (both Sandbox and Production Environments).
- Resolve any Clarizen support tickets, i.e. making system updates.
- Keep all Clarizen users abreast of any system changes via mailers (Clarizen Connect), MS Teams site or face-to-face/virtual sessions.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Clarizen Change Forum.
- Coordinate and facilitate all Global IM PMO engagements or training events: Global IM PMO Forum, Global IM PMO Induction Training, Clarizen Project Management Capabilities.
- Develop all Global IM PMO training material, which includes Clarizen training material.
- Maintain Clarizen Training Site on Sharepoint by managing access and permissions, uploading or updating training material.
- Maintain Global IM PMO Webinars channel on MS Stream by managing access and permissions, uploading new video material to the channel and linking it to the Global IM PMO Info Hub as and when required.
- Onboard new Clarizen users (assign licenses, provide training, follow-up activities required).
- Develop a monthly Clarizen Adoption and Utilisation Report.
- Implement remedial actions required to improve adoption and utilisation of Clarizen.
- Ensure alignment between the IM Change Management Community of Practice and the Management Team.
- Coordinate and facilitate all IM Change Management Community of Practice Forums.
- Be the single point of contact for change management metrics to be uploaded into Clarizen via the Clarizen Change Forum.
- Develop appropriate Change Management & Communication Strategies and Plans as required.
- Coach project teams, managers and supervisors on the importance of Change management as appropriate.
- Support communications and awareness campaigns as required.
- Manage stakeholders.

- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
