**Job Title: Experienced Cafe Barista**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte) in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to create consistent and delicious beverages.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering product recommendations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Handle cash, process card payments, and manage the POS system efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **3 years of barista experience** in a busy cafe or coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred but Optional**:

- Barista certification or formal training in coffee preparation.
- Knowledge of latte art and advanced coffee techniques.
