Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista and Speciality Drinks Specialist to join our team at NoName Hospitality Group. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional specialty drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks, including coffee, tea, and other beverages

Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations

Maintain inventory management and stock control

Participate in menu development and promotions

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role

Knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
