**ONLINE BRAND MANAGER**

**LOCATION: JOHANNESBURG/PARKTOWN OFFICE**
- **Hybrid work role/3days in office, 2 days in stores/home**_

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieve seasonal sales budgets by monitoring **Sales/Stock/Input Matrix** per category.
- Drive key KPIs**:Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Website Traffic, Coupon Redemption, Sign-ups.**
- Evaluate and implement **new digital technologies** to enhance online performance.
- Ensure timely **stock loading** while adhering to GTL deadlines and omnichannel alignment.
- Manage **online IBTs (Inter-Branch Transfers)** and coordinate with the warehouse for stock distribution.
- Accurately upload **promotions & markdowns** to drive sales.
- Conduct **weekly/monthly/seasonal product performance analysis**.
- Liaise with the **Online DC (Distribution Center)** for stock deliveries and provide updates to the Brand Manager.
- Maintain clear communication with the **warehouse** regarding shipments.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- A qualification in **Digital Brand Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field**.
- Proficiency in **web analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong **Excel skills** (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Basic knowledge of **Freehand & Photoshop** (advantageous).
- Excellent **negotiation & interpersonal skills** (works well in teams/independently).
- Ability to engage with **multiple stakeholders** (marketing, warehouse, management).
- High **attention to detail** (critical for promotions, stock accuracy).
- Ability to **work under pressure** and meet deadlines.
