**Requirements and skills**
- Experience: 1 year + Admin (advantageous)
- Diploma in Transport and Logistics (minimum requirement)
- Degree in Transport and Logistics (advantageous)
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic Administration skills
- Drivers License
- Clear Criminal Record

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Capturing of all load Cons and POD for loads done on fleet domain.
- Allocate pods to trucks and drivers on fleet domain to have a breakdown of each truck and driver to see if they meet targets set.
- Capturing all info for breakdowns done on fleet domain.
- Capturing job cards for breakdowns and allocate it to each truck on fleet domain.
- Capturing all Purchase order of suppliers on fleet domain.
- Preparing Supplier invoice for payment to send to finance
- Capturing drivers’ subsistence allowance to be submitted monthly to HR

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver License (preferred)
