**3. THE POSITION**

**4. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**4.1 General Administration and Direct Marketing Support**

4.1.1 Providing admin support to Branch Manager as required;
4.1.2 Liaising with clients, suppliers and team as requested by Manager;
4.1.3 Proactively notifying Manager of any challenges or issues timeously;
4.1.4 Verifying sales calls - listening to sales calls (non-sales) and providing input as guided by BM & Team Leaders;
4.1.5 Assisting with agent queries, sales upgrades, and resubmissions, including contacting clients where necessary

4.1.6 Processing of call logs, policy amendments and early debits;
4.1.7 Log policy cancellations based on FAIS/FICA/Compliance risk and communicate same to management and team leaders if relevant;
4.1.8 Assist with the recruitment of new agents by setting up interviews, reference checking, and any other related administration as required;
4.1.9 Compiling daily register and attendance reports, including for trainees;
4.1.10 Handling the submission of leave forms and attendance spreadsheet on Sage & Excel;
4.1.11 Printing of salary slips and handling employee confidential information;
4.1.12 Liaise with HR on new employees’ contracts and any other documentation;
4.1.13 Auditing of agents workflow as directed by Management;
4.1.14 Coaching of agents as directed by Management

4.1.15 Engaging with agents on reports received (sales results, debit results, talktime requirements, CallBi)

4.1.16 Assisting in implementing direct marketers’ incentives

4.1.17 Ensure a positive work environment is maintained and encouraged at all times

4.1.18 Assisting in logging IT queries

**4.2** **Quality Control Management**

4.2.1 Assist with CallBi - quality and compliance processes as required by management.

**4.3 Additional**

4.3.1 Assist in ensuring that the company goals and objectives are met within certain timelines;
4.3.2 Assist in ensuring the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by Management;
4.3.3 Be responsible for reporting on the status and process of all the different activities, to Management;
4.3.4 Participate in meetings and discussions when required;
4.3.5 Administration and communication of different activities;
4.3.6 Ensure all company information and meeting outcomes are treated confidential and not shared with any other individual;
4.3.7 Report directly to the Branch Manager

**5. REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Grade 12
- 5 years’ work experience
- Sales experience an advantage
- HR experience an advantage
- Strong Administrative and people skills
- Alignment of personal values with company purpose and values
- Outlook and Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel
