Head of Human Resources

**Introduction**

**This is a permanent full-time role as a Head of Human Resources in our Mount Edgecombe, South Africa office. Must have a Degree in Human Resources Management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous experience within a contact centre environment is preferred. The role is on-site.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develops HR Agenda
- Develops HR strategies, policies, practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Implements policies and procedures aiming at improving working environment and managerial responsibilities
- Managing HR budget and allocating funds
- Ensure legal compliance with South African Labour regulations
- Work closely with Snr Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
- Headcount & organograms management
- Manage and oversees HR Team effectively (HR, Training, Recruitment)
- Leave, Absenteeism & Overtime Analytics and Management,
- Succession Planning and Talent Management
- Job Profiling and Analytics
- Job Evaluation and grading
- Performance Management
- Internal Disciplinary and Grievances Dispute Resolution Processes
- Minimizes conflict & promotes a productive work climate.
- Keeps abreast of all relevant legislation and ensures that policies and procedures comply with legislative requirements
- Weekly, Monthly HR Reporting

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related role
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
- Prior exposure in dealing with UK clients

**Package & Remuneration**

R80 000 - R100 000 per month + medical insurance

**Salary**: R80,000.00 - R100,000.00 per month
