We are looking for an outstanding **IT Operations Specialist **to join the PMsquare team

**IT Asset and Infrastructure Management**
- 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, including maintaining an inventory and procuring technology equipment
- Familiarity with office IT equipment and infrastructure management
- Experience with managing and updating internet services, setting up mesh networks, hotspots, and extenders, performing routine internet maintenance, and managing phone systems

**User Account and Access Management**
- Experience with user account management in various systems, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Familiarity with permission management and access control
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining a zero trust network

**IT Security and Support**
- Hands-on experience with device security management, including patching and malware scanning
- Knowledge of secure and reliable network setup and maintenance

**Process Optimization and Knowledge Management**
- Experience identifying opportunities for standardizing processes and implementing automation
- Proven track record of maintaining organization and preservation of company knowledge
- Familiarity with maintaining order and standardization on communication platforms like Slack and managing SharePoint and shared file storage

**Soft Skills and General Technical Competence**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical team members
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly in a mostly self-guided manner
- Strong understanding of general technical concepts, best practices, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Solid understanding of security and privacy considerations in technology and data management
- Foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure & services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Intune device management

Pay: R300,000.00 - R550,000.00 per year
