Full Circle Communications, a leading communications agency specialising in internal communication strategies, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as an internal communications specialist. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic field of internal communication.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the internal communication team to develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
Create engaging and informative content for various blue-chip clients, including notices, newsletters and so much more.
Coordinate and manage the distribution of internal communication deliverables.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through research.
**Additional information**:
The position requires local travel on an almost daily basis within the Cape Town Area.
Own transport is not necessary, as company vehicles will be provided for travel.
This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
**Remuneration**:
**Starting salary**: Negotiable on experience.
Possibility of commission on after-market sales.
Salary review and potential increase based on performance and achievement of key objectives.
**Required**:
Valid drivers licence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
A passion for effective communication and behaviour change.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of communication tools and platforms is a plus.
This is not a social media position. FCC focuses mainly on print communication.
