**Job Overview**:
The role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Generation:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Use sales techniques to convert potential clients, showcasing the the value of the services we provide.
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closing deals.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
**Quota Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team, admin, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Previous telecommunications experience required (1 year).
- or a Bachelors degree at an accredited tertiary institution.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record of success in telecommunications sales or a related field.
- Computer literate
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Technical acumen and ability to quickly understand and articulate complex telecommunications solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
**Attributes**:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
