Job Purpose:
The Revenue Protection Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of revenue collection and safeguarding against revenue losses within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, implementing control measures, and monitoring compliance with revenue protection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough analysis of revenue data to identify potential discrepancies or irregularities.
2. Implement and maintain controls to prevent revenue leakage and fraud.
3. Investigate revenue discrepancies and implement corrective actions to address issues.
4. Collaborate with different departments to streamline revenue processes and improve accuracy.
5. Develop and implement revenue protection strategies to mitigate risks and losses.
6. Monitor compliance with revenue protection policies and procedures.
7. Provide training and guidance to staff on revenue protection best practices.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on revenue protection performance and trends.
9. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to revenue protection.
10. Assist in ad hoc projects related to revenue protection as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue protection, auditing, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
