**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage our web hosting infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS
- Ensure high uptime, scalability, and security of our web hosting services
- Lead a team of technicians in resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support to our clients
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline our hosting operations
- Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to ensure our infrastructure is secure
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize our infrastructure for better performance
- Develop and manage our disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web hosting, Kubernetes, and AWS

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in managing web hosting infrastructure, particularly in Kubernetes and AWS environments
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (e.g., deployment, scaling, management)
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, ELB)
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Go)
- Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Certifications in Kubernetes (e.g., CKAD, CKA) and/or AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
