1.1.2 Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety, and Environmental management.

1.1.3 Maintain relevant HSSEQ logs and documentation.

1.1.4 Assist in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1.1.5 Prepare applicable HSSEQ reports, as necessary.

1.1.6 Provide assistance and advice on HSSEQ issues to make recommendations to facility management.

1.1.7 Manage and coordinate incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis, which will be your responsibility and accountability.

1.1.8 Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors. 1.1.9 Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSSEQ training.

1.1.10 Observe HSSEQ regulations, wear all required safety equipment, encourage safe working practices, and corrects obvious hazards immediately, or report them to the proper personnel.

1.1.11 Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.

1.1.12 Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as Company customers and regulatory agencies.

1.1.13 Comply with all Company and HSEEQ procedures and policies.

1.1.14 Routine inspection of Company premises, including the yard, daily to establish HSSEQ presence and provide support.

1.1.15 Yard demarcation and signage throughout the yard must be displayed, visible, and updated in accordance with prevailing laws.

1.1.16 Security personnel in the yard must be monitored and a checklist of compliance must be created for each security officer, evaluated by the Employee, and documented.

1.1.17 Risk Assessment must be conducted for the business of the Company, its operations, routes of transportation, and its suppliers, which must include, amongst others, risks associated with loading and offloading, nearest emergency centers, and safe stop areas, and authorized and unauthorized rest stops.

1.1.18 Route risk assessments to be done with the Operations Manager, which must include route risk assessment of all customer routers.

1.1.19 Implement and manage driver fatigue workshops. Workshops must be documented. Ensure feedback is obtained from Operations Controller and Tracker on driver fatigue. 1.1.20 Monthly Dashboard reports must be prepared and submitted.
