Core Description
- Uses Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our Retail Solutions customers.
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the projects are delivered in line with Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
- Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
3 years’ experience in Project Management using Scrum Methodology in the Retail ICT industry

If the highest qualification is grade 12, 5 years’ experience in Project Management using Scrum Methodology in the Retail ICT industry Certifications Scrum Master Certification Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
