**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize a range of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and talent pools.
- Conduct thorough market mapping and competitor analysis to identify target talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
- Track sourcing metrics and report on the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who:
- 5 years +proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Is adept at using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is detail-oriented and thrives on meeting deadlines.
- Has a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
- Is proactive, innovative, and constantly seeking better ways to find top talent.
