**Digital Content, LMS & Multimedia Specialist - Centurion.**:
The Digital Content, LMS & Multimedia Specialist will lead the creation and management of engaging digital experiences across websites, learning platforms, and multimedia channels.

This multifaceted role blends website design, digital marketing, video content creation, and learning management system (LMS) administration to enhance our digital learning and engagement strategy.

**Salary**: R15 000 - R28 000 per month.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Website Design & Hosting
- Design, build, maintain responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress & Elementor.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, & security.
- Update content regularly & improve UX/UI.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with hosting providers.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Plan & execute campaigns across platforms.
- Create & schedule social media content (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer for post management & analytics.
- Design digital assets: banners, infographics, & graphics.
- Monitor trends & develop strategies to boost engagement & presence.
- Video Production & Multimedia Content
- Create & edit professional videos for training, marketing, & engagement.
- Turn scripts into visually appealing learning modules.
- Incorporate branding, animation, transitions, voiceovers, & captions.
- Maintain organized media library.
- LMS Management
- Set up, configure, & manage LMS platforms (LearnDash, Moodle).
- Upload & structure courses, quizzes, assignments, & learning paths.
- Administer user access, track progress, & generate reports.
- Provide user support & resolve LMS issues.
- Analytics & Digital Strategy
- Monitor & report on website traffic, social engagement, & LMS usage.
- Analyze data to drive improvement.
- Contribute digital insights in planning sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Essential:

- Experience in web design & hosting administration.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong video editing skills (CreateStudio, CapCut, Premiere).
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (LearnDash, Moodle).
- Understanding of social media management & content creation.
- Working knowledge of HTML, SEO, Google Analytics.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred:

- Experience in instructional design or e-learning content.
- Background in ICT, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Animation & voice-over production skills.
