**Client Success Manager (UK Market)**

**Working hours: 9am -6pm UK (Remote)**

We are a fast-growing virtual assistant recruitment agency seeking a dynamic and driven **Client Success Manager** to take ownership of business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy across the UK.

This is a high-impact, KPI-driven role focused on bringing in a minimum of **5 new clients per month.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market
- Conduct discovery calls with leads to understand their business needs and position our services as the solution
- Launch and manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns to consistently fill your sales pipeline
- Run WhatsApp broadcasts and messaging campaigns to engage leads directly
- Host webinars and virtual events to showcase our services and attract new clients
- Post consistently on LinkedIn, including value-driven content, testimonials, and case studies to drive visibility and inbound leads
- Use CRM (Lernify) to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing to execute effective sales strategies and targeted outreach
- Campaign reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly client acquisition KPIs
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings in the VA/recruitment space

**Requirements**:

- Min 3-5 years with a proven track record in business development, sales, or lead generation (recruitment/property industry experience a bonus)
- Comfortable and confident on discovery calls
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn sales tactics and social selling
- Confident using CRMs (Lernify or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage your own pipeline and calendar effectively
- Creative and proactive in driving new business

**Tech & Equipment Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop
- Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet connection
- Noise-cancelling headphones with mic (for calls/VOIP)
- Anti-virus protection
- UPS/back-up battery for load shedding (Non-Negotiable)

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment and is passionate about helping UK businesses grow with the support of virtual assistants.

Pay: R23 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
