Our reputable IT Solutions client with offices in CPT, JHB & DBN, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team, ideally to be based in Cape Town.

**Requirements**:

- Essential Matric or Grade 12
- Bachelors-degree or suitable IT Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP, Prince2, or Agile Project Management)
- Scrum Master Certification
- Agile Certification
- Own vehicle + drivers’ licence
- 6+ Years’ experience leading an IT software solution development project team, including Project Coordinators, Software Solution Developers, QA Testers
- 6+ Years’ experience in a live digital environment, delivering on digital business solutions
- 6+ Years’ experience in IT project management within an Agile environment
- 6+ Years’ experience in digitising organisations
- 6+ Years’ experience in IT system integration
- 6+ Years’ experience in customising & configuring off-shelf solutions to suit individual client company requirements
- 6+ Years’ experience in client consulting & executing multiple IT projects at once, for multiple clients from various industries
- 6+ Years experience introducing Waterfall, Agile & Scrum methodologies into the project
- 6+ Years’ experience using IT project management tools such as MS Projects, Asana or Smartsheet
- 6+ Years’ experience resolving conflict & tolerating stress, while delivering on multiple deadlines in a high-pressured environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of IT projects
- Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing IT project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed IT project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in IT project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize IT project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive IT project documentation
- Prepare Project presentations and chair Weekly IT Project Meetings and Steering Committee Meetings
- Display consistent energy, drive, persistence, and organisation, in order to deliver results
- Ensure the correct escalation processes are followed and that IT Project Sponsors & IT Project Owners are kept abreast of any unresolved issues or risks

**Salary**:
R60 000 - R65 000 per Month (CTC), incl. medical aid, retirement fund, depending on experience.
