**Production Manager**

**Position: Production Manager**

We are looking for a highly organized **Production Manager** to oversee manufacturing operations for plastic injection moulding, ensuring efficient production schedules and high-quality output. This role requires a focus on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and maintaining safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise production teams and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve production-related issues.
- Optimize resource utilization, including materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Analyze production data and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Enforce health and safety policies across the production area.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic production/ manufacturing management. Injection moulding a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
