The overall objective of briefer/debriefer role is to ensure the timeous delivery of loads

Key Accountabilities:

- Tracking - on route monitoring
- Monitoring of route progress
- Loading & Offloading (Driver brief and de-brief)
- Maximum utilization of vehicles, planning of loads, routes, and fuel.
- Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements
- Accident / Incident investigation and submission of all documentation.
- Administrative duties and Document control.
- Solving queries and problem-solving
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management advantageous
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Previous working experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Passion for Transport & Logistics
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Work independently and without supervision
- Self-driven, multitask and excellent interaction skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work well with a team and under pressure.
- Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
- Be willing to work flexible hours.
