**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of interior design projects. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
**Client Relations**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients. Maintain professional and courteous communication, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
**Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
**Research and Sourcing**: Conduct research on design trends, materials, and suppliers. Source and procure items needed for projects.
**Event Planning**: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and design plans.

**Qualifications**:Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field are a plus.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting experience.
**Skills**:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
