**Overall Responsibility**

As a **Mechanical Engineering Graduate**, you will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in learning activities, contribute to projects, and gain exposure to mechanical systems, process optimization, and industrial operations. This program is designed to build your technical skills, enhance your professional competencies, and prepare you for a future role in engineering.

You will also be expected to keep accurate records of your learning and development throughout the internship and will undergo a formal evaluation at the end of the program.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Advanced Diploma or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- No prior formal work experience

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
