**About the Graduate Programme**

Vopak SA’s Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for dedicated and driven individuals who are capable of excellent communication skills, exceptionally good academic performance and leadership potential. The successful graduate will go through a 12-months training programme which includes On-the-Job Leadership Development and Personal Development with the goal to build a solid career foundation.

**Purpose of Position**

The graduate will provide Contract administration support for the Commercial department, handle general administrative responsibilities and monitor day-to-day activities that impact directly on revenue performance.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Revenue Management and reconciliation (Invoiced amounts)
- Coordinate data regarding revenue budget and Flash report input
- Liaison with internal departments and provide required contract information
- Assist with reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Customer inquiry management and MOC management
- Maintenance of Contract information and master data
- Assist with Contract renewals and Month-end reporting
- Assist with Annual Escalations adjustments
- Assist with monitoring individual customer performance in line with contract
- Contributes to meeting or exceeding the overall revenue objectives
- Assist in developing and Implementation of marketing plans for customer revenue growth and increased throughput
- Systematically analyses contracts, including revenue analysis and determination of fair market value for services offered
- Determines and optimizes value and pricing of services offered
- Make suggestions to capture additional throughput and present information
- Identifies and plans for mitigation of commercial and business risks

**_ Qualifications_**

**_ **Pre-requisite - require work integrated learning experience in order to obtain qualification._**:

- Commercial or Technical University graduate (Junior degree minimum requirement) or related qualification
- Computer Literate (Google Suite & Microsoft Office)
- Analytical Ability
