As a Growthpoint Graduate, you will:

- Valuable exposure to different teams, environments, and operations in off-site locations. These experiences, when they arise, are a great way to broaden your perspective and deepen your understanding of the property industry.
- As part of the journey, you will attend a role specific learnership to accelerate your development.
Reporting Manager/Mentor
Throughout your journey, you will be supported by a Senior Manager who will provide direction, feedback and mentorship to help you grow, learn and thrive in your role.

- Solve real problems: Apply your analytical mindset to improve service delivery and drive continuous innovation across our business.

Minimum Qualification - National Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Sciences or Construction Management. Please attach your academic record when applying on the portal.
