**Production Support Leader**:

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:The main purpose of this position is to manage the warehouse, vault, pin room and destruction room including dispatching/receiving. The Production Support Leader together with their team are responsible for accurateness of the vault, pin room, destruction and warehouse, reporting and presenting the findings to management.**:
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)**:
**The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to**:

- ** Management of stock (proper storage, stock-counts, shelf live management, upkeep in Sage etc.).**:

- ** Managing stock levels (critical items must be kept at a certain stock level and these levels must be constantly reviewed and updated).**:

- ** Ensure the correct products (quantity & items) are distributed (Production / Courier / Customer ) and received in full and within service level agreement.**:

- ** Setup and maintain the production plan, with the inputs form process engineering and production departments. Plan all related production / supplies / etc.**:

- ** To establish and maintain good communication between production and outside entities, (sales / project team / office / etc).**:

- ** Ensure departmental readiness with set bodies (PCI /ISO / Health & Safety, etc).**:

- ** Develop and implement long term solutions to improve the department.**:

- **Proven leadership skills are a must.**:

- ** All of the above objectives are to be completed striving at all times for **Quality, Trust and Security** - **Creating Confidence**.**:
**MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Warehouse related qualification (or Equivalent).**:

- ** Senior National Certificate/Matric.**:
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**:

- **Minimum of 1-5 years professional related experience. Preferably in the plastic card industry.**:

- ** Minimum of 1 year or more leading a team.**:

- **Sage Evolution experience is an added advantage.**:
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES**:

- **Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite**:

- ** Strong drive to keep & maintain the department complaint to the various standards we subscribe to and have the culture visible within the department.**:

- ** Sound knowledge of current standards (PCI / ISO / Etc.).**:

- ** It is essential to have strong management skills and must have previously managed a team.**:

- ** Ability to lead and uplift the team and create a leadership culture within the team.**:

- ** Ability to manage and support customers / functions / management.**:

- ** Strong communication skills, verbal, written skills essential.**:

- ** Strong presenting skills.**:
