**Required Experience & Qualifications**
- This position is based on the eligibility of the applicants’ legal rights to work in South Africa.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major;
- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry as Director of Finance or a similar level position.
- Professional Disposition and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong leadership skills
- People orientated and results driven
- Ability to operate within a highly pressurized fast paced / changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to use Initiative and be proactive and self-driven
- Strong and effective planning and organizing skills to ensure operational
- Effective business partnering with stakeholders, management and associates
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in the follow Software Systems, VIP Payroll, Birchstreet / Materials Control Procurement and Cost Control Systems, Micro Point of Sale and Opera / PMS. People Soft Oracle

- Responsible for the Management of the entire Finance Department, which include Accounts, Procurement and Stores.
- Anticipate and deliver on the needs of Key Stakeholders

- Change Management
- Performance Management
- Owner/ Board of Directors Liaison
- Employee Relations
- Responsible for the Training and Development of the Finance Team
- BBBEE Strategic Management
- Accounting and Internal Control Knowledge - Knowledge of local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), 11th Edition USALI
