**Job Requirements**:

- Higher National Diploma in Human Resources or Finance
- 3-5 years’ working experience in HR & Payroll in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 years’ experience with a unionised environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Payroll processes
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, MIBCO Main agreement
- Experience on payroll systems
- People orientated
- Compliant to policies and legislation
