**_Job description_**

We are building a multi-brand business, covering both finance and recruitment in the UK. We have offices in London, Surrey, and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India, and Cape Town in South Africa. We are fully transitioning our marketing team to South Africa and are looking for someone hungry to help us coordinate and drive our content and social plans with a hands-on approach.

Our marketing department acts as an in-house agency, working across all the brands, so we can promise it wont be boring

The day-to-day of this role would be to assist on the delivery of an all-round marketing strategy but with content and socials as twin areas of focus.

Content; revolves around managing our content across our brands (digitally). The majority of our content is written, and delivery is outsourced and so the ability to write briefs and edit the written word is crucial. An attention to detail and an ability to be consistent with voice and tone is important.

Socials; managing our social media presence across all brands. This is not only making sure we have an active voice across socials but actively looking to identify and engage directly with our target audiences. Our audience predominantly resides on LinkedIn, but we also have a presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The ideal person knows how to use these platforms, has ideas and is eager to learn how to drive engagement across them.

We are looking to scale our businesses both organically and through acquisition and the team is ambitious and driven. We are a small but growing team (around 35 FTE globally, 20 in Cape Town) and the ideal applicant for this job is someone who enjoys working in a team, meet deadline across multiple brands, and wants to make a difference in a growing business.

**_Skills and experience required: _**
- This role is probably suitable for an ambitious graduate who is super-keen and wants to throw themselves into marketing, but a degree is not a pre-requisite so long as you can show tangible and long-term intention to be skilled in the marketing/communications field
- Excellent written English
- Have shown, through work experience or qualifications a desire to understand SEO best practices across various digital platforms
- Great attention to detail
- Native on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
- Unquenchable thirst to learn
- Get your hands dirty attitude
- Excellent time-management skills and deadline driven
- Collaborative and high-performance approach to teamwork and excels in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Comfortable taking fast decisions and excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business
