F_ull function account management responsibilities primarily entail marketing with the soul mandate to generate revenue to our properties._

**Qualifications**:
Grade 12 PLUS tertiary education (i.e., diploma /degree)

Min of 3 yrs exp in account management (preferably within hospitality

- Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, CRM and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Supersize Engagement Enhanced engagements to maximize our “Client Lifetime Value” - Creating a return pipeline.
- Establish and maintain trade relationships via Face to face sales calls to existing and new trade clients within the specified region of Gauteng. Out of province travel may be required from time to time. No less than 48 face to face sales calls will be required per month and this may include site inspections and educational, however the latter excludes networking functions.
- Establish and maintain trade relationships via telephonic calls and digital interaction to existing and new trade clients, nationally as and when required.
- Attending Trade Shows from time to time as required on a national basis.
- Dynamic Intelligence Technology integration for improved Customer Intelligence & tracking to enhance sales targeting and product positioning
- Updates, maintains the CRM (VTiger) pertaining to DHR trade clients.
- Inputs leads, contacts and full client history as prescribed by the input policy.
- Updates all trade client information as gathered from the quote tracker, client list and the sales reports from the region.
- Engagement Adventure Actively manage the total sales process from journey start to end to extract maximum spend at all engagements.
- All quotes are to be followed up on as per the quote tracker.
- Attending relevant network functions pertaining to the industry.
- Educational and /or Site inspection visits - Plan, host and follow up in accordance to the DHR policy framework.
- G & C Conversion 16%
- Growth Baby Grow market share to above average levels.
- G&C Revenue growth of 15%
- Responsible for revenue generation and relationship building within the following market segments: PCO’s, Corporate, Government and Niche markets.
- Touch-point Ninja Growth & development - Creating a culture of value proposition understanding and appreciation.
- Relevant, professional product knowledge of all DHR properties is required
- General - Constant liaison with resort Custodians.
- Co-create and implement the sales plan pertaining to the Dream Hotels & Resorts, in conjunction with their Business unit Leads.
- Client Report - implement, manage and submit the unit Client Report as per the DHR template and protocol. The Client Report is to be submitted on the first working day of every month.
- Responsible for submitting a monthly sales report relating to all sales activities, for the month as per the DHR template and protocol. The latter is to be submitted on the first working day of every month.
- Effective liaison with the line manager sharing relevant information regarding cross selling, hotel performance, client reactions, idea generation, forthcoming events, rates, business mix, micro economic trends, leads, complaints, compliments, concerns etc.
