**Experienced Project Manager for Creative Agency (Remote, NYC/EST Time Zone)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the on-site Project Manager, overseeing the development of pitch decks and presentation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with a team of specialists to ensure project requirements are met within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate and schedule calls with team members and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello or Asana to track project progress, manage tasks, and adhere to timelines.
- Foster a creative and productive working environment, facilitating smooth workflows and effective collaboration.Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience managing creative projects, ideally within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within scope.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) and techniques.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing pitch deck and presentation projects is highly desirable.
- Must be located in or able to work within the NYC/EST time zone.Application Requirements:
