**Job Overview**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and growing our market presence in the region. This role involves both field and office-based work, and may occasionally require early starts, extended hours, or weekend availability depending on client needs and project timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in rigging, transport, and heavy lifting sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate pricing.
- Coordinate closely with operations, planning, and safety teams to ensure accurate and realistic commitments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s services, equipment capabilities, and safety standards.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Attend industry networking events and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline using CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of external sales experience, ideally in rigging, transport, engineering, or industrial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Johannesburg industrial and construction sectors is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential).

**Work Schedule**
- Standard business hours apply, however **flexibility is required** for early morning meetings, site visits, and occasional weekend or after-hours work.
- This role includes **fieldwork**, and travel within the Johannesburg/Gauteng region.
