The Systems Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leads going to clients, systems such as the Pentagon and Leadbyte, and the Dialer. their responsibilities will be focused on maintaining and troubleshooting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Internal systems, CRMs, and phone systems (Vicidial).
- Troubleshoot technical issues for staff.
- Perform routine checks on all relevant systems and provide updates on issues to IT to resolve.
- Assist with setting up new or existing campaigns on all relevant systems by liaising with IT.
- Provide technical support to the Dialer Manager if and when required.
- API Management: Setting fixed targets on the CRM system for each active campaign and updating accordingly, among other tasks.
- Provide tangible reports on issues that hinder the sales funnel to clients.

Qualifications Required:

- Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with call center software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.

Pay: Up to R8 000,00 per month
