- Maintain quality control processes, testing products and recording data during development and/or manufacturing of products while maintaining good laboratory practices.
- Timeously test raw material, additives, base oils and various products from the plant, ensuring alignment to company specifications.
- Test samples as per specific test methods (ASTM, IP, DIN etc.)
- Validate and verify testing instruments/equipment/apparatus at specified intervals aligned to the SOPs.
- Record and report deviations in QC results in product testing to the Supervisor.
- Partake in MAP scheme testing, customer samples testing and other related QC and/or R&D Projects.
- Always adhere to company’s SHEQ standards and promote good housekeeping
