Relianz Foods a wholesale and distribution company based in Maitland, is looking for a well rounded, energetic receptionist/orders administrator to join our team.
**Job Description**:
- Handle multiple customer calls/inquiries
- Deal with collections/ Walk in Customers
- Manage the Courier/Country orders
- Follow up on orders delivered by courier
- Daily scanning of documents
- Process card payments
- Log card payments
- Data capturing
- Manage incoming calls
- Manage the boardroom diary
Key Attributes:
- Motivated, energetic and positive individual to man our front desk
- 3-5 Years experience in front desk/ admin and customer service capacity
- Knowledge of customer service and/or food industry an advantage
- Capable of working in a very high paced and pressurized environment
- Customer and service etiquette highly important
- Time management critical
- Punctuality
- Presentable
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer centric
- (Customer comes first attitude)
- Team player - Ability to work with all departments to ensure the efficiency of customer collections
- Ensure customers and or/couriers do not wait long for collection orders
- Telephone etiquette is highly important
- Able to communicate in an efficient and effective manner
**Education**:
- Matric
- Receptionist Course/Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Computer Literacy
- Own Transport/Drivers License
- Strong Admin Skills
