**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric
- Previous experience as a Receptionist
- Answer all incoming calls and relay them to the relevant person
- Taking down messages
- Welcoming Vistors
- Arranging refreshments
- Basic Administration
- Ensure the Reception area is clean at all times
