Head of Gaming

This is a strategic role to define the strategy and vision for all RNG verticals (**Casino,** Virtuals and future RNG products) of Company across all brands and markets. In this opportunity you will own the Net Gaming Revenue to reduce costs and maximise revenue potential. Advocate for a competitive watch to ensure the RNG products are best in class and competitive. Manage the relationship with third party suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements and work closely with the finance and legal team. Define organisational structure, lead the RNG team and ensure their professional and personal development.
This role would report to the CEO and would manage the RNG team.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Defines Business Strategy and Vision across all brands and territories for RNG verticals and ensures that these are in line with the overall company strategy.
- Ownership of NGR: revenue and cost across all RNG verticals
- Manage the strategy of the content integration, so Company has competitive content offering and all content is displayed the most effective way to maximise revenue potential
- Leadership and management of the Casino organisational structure and their development and growth
- Support the management of the day-to-day operational team of the RNG verticals to deliver performance against operational plans
- Advocate for research for new Casino products, product enhancements and product redesign to ensure that the product attracts, engages and retains customers
- Manage all commercial relationships and partnerships with 3rd party suppliers
- Define the data requirements for Business Intelligence in relation to the RNG vertical in order to support the strategy
- Provide guidance and explanation from strategical perspective to Product and Delivery related to the RNG verticals
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Fraud & Risk and IT teams to ensure Casino has adequate resources, the verticals operate with integrity, and has best in class service and functions as part of the overall user experience. Making sure that all RNG related equipment is in top operating condition.
**Requirements**:
- 5-10 years experience within the industry within a similar role
- Have experience in managing the Net Gaming Revenue/ PnL
- Have experience in translating business requirements to the Product team to implement
- Have experience in working with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, Digital, Fraud, BI, Legal and finance
- Should have strong Leadership skills
- Knowledge of the African market is preferable
- knowledge of marketing in terms of acquisition, retention, strategies to increase revenue.
- Should be interested to work within a startup/scaleup environment
- Should have experience with gaming providers in terms of content promotion, reviewing legal contracts,
