Job purpose

To ensure timeous capturing of invoices and payments for all creditor’s payments nationally. To check the validity of invoices and resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure accurate payments of invoices captured directly on MRI with electronic filing of invoices.
- Checking invoices and Approving of invoices on Fraxion
- Ensure timeous response time to supplier and internal queries
- Identify problems and anomalies and provide solutions
- Balance audit trail
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Ensure payments of council invoices
- Ensure accuracy of invoice payments
- Manage council queries on invoices

Experience
- 3 years minimum experience as a creditors clerk

**Qualifications**:

- Matric prerequisite
- Post matric qualification will be an advantage
