Minimum requirements:

- Certificate in Health and Safety Management with Facility Management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in this field
- Bilingual - English and Afrikaans
- Ability to work well under pressure and be time driven
- Good communication Skills

**Responsibilities**:
Health and Safety:

- Health and safety inspections and endorsements.
- Annual Fire equipment service and monthly inspections
- First Aid Kit inspections
- Coaching and guidance on Health and Safety issues and training

Facilities and Utilities:

- Monthly building inspections and scheduled maintenance.
- Weekly Water and Electricity monitoring and reporting
- Monthly Water meter reading submissions to City of Tshwane and resolving any issues with Council
- Administration of monthly utilities (which include water & electrician (consumption and utilisation), rates & taxes, squandered items on billing)
- On Site facilities to be managed (operations and admin which will include the following:

- Cleaning
- Pest control
- Hygiene
- Washbay
- Solar
- Generators
- Digital Signboards
- Water consumption, reporting, measuring
- Electricity consumption, reporting and measuring
- Waste Management
- Maintenance Admin duties
- Obtaining quotes and doing cost comparison on a regular basis of sub-contractors we use
- Preparing of Budgets for respective areas of responsibilities
- Reporting on performance and daily operating controls
- ** Detailed Management and reporting** of any and all documents in terms of Health, Safety and Facilities which Includes:

- Monitor Nightly Electricity consumptions.
- Monthly wet surface inspections and reports
- Monitor wash bay water consumption and borehole maintenance
- Management of filtration of the wash bay borehole
- Bi-annual Aircon Service management
- Inform subcontractors of Aircon issues
- Inspect and inform subcontractor of electrical faults, broken lights and timers.
- Administration of subcontractor invoicing
- Signage inspections and repairs under subcontractors
- Manage cleaning staff and contractual agreements
- Budgets and Quote requests
- Manage wash bay staff and contractual agreements
- Monitor monthly window washing crew, pest control and deep clean
- Ordering of consumables for toilet facilities
- Maintenance administration

**Salary**:
Basic Salary (to be discussed) - depending on experience and current salary etc.
