The primary focus of this position is full responsibility for cashbook function including preparation and distribution of the daily cash report and cash variances. The preparation and distribution of the weekly cash flow forecast.
- Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
- Preparing and filing financial documents
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Reconciling company accounts
- Working with staff accountants as needed

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Degree / Diploma (a must)
- At least 3-5 years previous experience a distinct advantage in similar role.
- Computer literate, especially strong MS Excel skills (a must).
- Experience in Sage 300.
- Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient time management skills.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Well organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
