**_Our client in the logistics industry is urgently looking to employ a Forwarding Controller at their organization_**

**_Location: _**:

- Pomona, Kempton Park_

**_Requirements:_**
- _ Matric_
- _ 5+ years experience as a Forwarding Controller_
- _ Must have shipshape experience_
- _ Must have a good understanding of Incoterms_
- _ Must have intermediate excel knowledge_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Indent control/OMS/ arranging orders from origin to destination, keeping all customers up to date on the movement of their cargo._
- _ Control indents and handle D-term/ C Term shipments._
- _ Book cargo and check rates._
- _ Register files and check documents._
- _ Submit files to RCG in accordance with mode requirements._
- _ Load foreign invoices._
- _ Coordinate the forwarding process for sea and air freight._
- _ Liaise and proactively communicate with clients throughout the process._
- _ Develop and maintain working relationships, networks, and partnerships._
- _ Find innovative ways to reduce errors
- the risk of late orders._
- _ Status reports._
- _ Dealing with and resolving all queries with clients and service providers._
