**Job Title**: Senior Air Conditioning Technician

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability of equipment.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC field.
- Proficient in core HVAC skills, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid certification in HVAC systems and compliance with safety standards (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience with energy-efficient systems and sustainable practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and smart HVAC technologies is highly desirable.
