Media Sales Executive

We're looking for a media sales/advertising sales executive with core competencies relating to a healthy entrepreneurial spirit, with a get up-and-go energetic personality and a target driven disposition.
Our vast media service offering would cater for a tech-inspired savvy individual with a passion for creating innovative marketing solutions for their clients on both media and brand immersive experiential marketing related projects.
**Responsibilities will include**:
Achieve top line sales targets.
Liaise with clients and present them with research info, inform them of opportunities and options available.
Identify and source potential clients.
Draw up proposals, quotes, contracts, budgets and present to clients, negotiate terms of agreement and close deals.
Follow up on deals, agreements, promises, progress, etc.
40% of your time would be spent on sales activity management, plan/organise/execute around flighting of campaigns accurately & timelessly update the sales pipeline & reports.
30% sales plan compliance, deliver sales against the agreed-upon sales target and strategy document.
10% client entertainment, executively and cost effectively manage all client entertainment against the set budget. Ensure strong link between client entertainment and revenue generation.
10% professional conduct, image-building & adhere to company values.
10% perform high-level boardroom presentations.
**Requirements**:
Experience in the advertising and media sales environment beneficial.
At least two years successful experience in sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and telephonic.
Conceptually creative mindset.
Technically savvy and inspired by innovation.
Above average problem-solving ability and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
The ability to articulate themselves well.
Attention to detail and administrative integrity.
