- Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organise and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items.
- Support office administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
