Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
- Sourcing your own leads and opportunities through proactive research and networking
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Developing trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of custom software solutions that meet customer needs and objectives
- Communicating the progress of sales initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to achieve sales targets
- Identifying growth opportunities within the sector and collaborating with development teams to drive business growth
- Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software sales and business development
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- A keen interest in business process automation and the application of bespoke cloud-based software solutions to improve business efficiency for customers
