Areas of Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient processing of linen and laundry for the facilities
- Lead and coordinate laundry staff, fostering a high-performance, team-driven culture
- Monitor and optimize laundry workflows, processes, and equipment use to meet operational targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet the laundry needs
- Manage the budget, resources, and inventory, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Address any operational challenges, including troubleshooting equipment issues and improving processes
- Oversee staff training and development, ensuring a skilled and efficient workforce

Key Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Management
- Working experience within an Engineering/Technical environment would be an advantage
- At least 35 years of general management experience in a factory, production, or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of process management, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Proven people management skills
- Previous experience with union relations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A valid drivers license and own reliable transport are essential
