Professional Architect

Hire Resolve is looking for a skilled Professional Architect to join a top architectural firm in Mthatha, Eastern Cape.

This is a great chance to work on various projects and help create innovative designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, good project management skills, and experience with schools, construction knowledge, and JBCC Building Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and present architectural designs and plans.
- Oversee project development from conceptual design through to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with national building regulations and local codes.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software for technical drawings and 3D models.

Requirements

- B-Tech degree in Architecture.
- Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).

- Senior Professional Architect Technologist will be considered

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BDS, Lumion, MOS Office, Google Suite and Coreldraw
- Must speak Xhosa
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Must have driver's license for Site visits - company car provided

Benefits

- Salary: R35,000 - R40,000 dependent on experience
