Job Description:

1. Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, interviews, and social media posts.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for video content that align with brand objectives and target audience.

3. Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, filming, and post-production editing and color grading.

4. Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, photos, and short-form videos.

5. Develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across all channels.

6. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track trends, and identify opportunities to optimize content and improve engagement.

7. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in videography, content creation, and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Qualification in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience in videography, video editing, content creation, and social media management.

3. Content Creation gear will be beneficial.

4. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva), and social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

5. Strong storytelling and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

7. Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content for social media platforms.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
