MIS and BI Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Manage data quality, governance, access controls, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate data integrations between business systems, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications.
- Support business systems enhancements, testing, user adoption, and documentation.
- Lead reporting and analytics projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Work closely with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver information and system improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, workflow optimisation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, data definitions, and reporting procedures. Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Systems environments.
- Strong SQL, data modelling, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data governance, information security, and access controls.
- Experience gathering business requirements and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Advantageous Experience
- Retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or multi-site business experience.
- Exposure to workflow automation and AI-driven business solutions.
