- Related Administration Degree
- Coordinate with teams (TL, Auditors, Actuary, Accounting) to ensure timely delivery of audits, evaluations, and member benefit statements
- Provide regular reporting to the Board and relevant sub-committees
- Collaborate with the Support and Special Projects Manager to ensure system capabilities align with fund administration requirements
- Foster team morale and ensure adherence to HR practices and policies
- Oversee team attendance, timekeeping, leave management, and recruitment processes
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
